HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF THE ORDER
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your Account Summary page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites. Do ensure someone is there to receive the package.
CAN I RE-DIRECT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Once your order is made, we are not able to make any changes to the address unless there is an error in the address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All items purchased online or in our stores can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging & tag.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned.
Refunds will be in the form of online store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. Please ensure you have signed up for a membership account with us in order to receive the online store credit. The online store credit will be valid online for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.

All accessories (necklace, earrings, bracelets and rings) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
Returns by mail :
Mail the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt, to the address indicated. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. You are advised to use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit. If you are returning breakable items from our Life collection, please ensure they are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be accepted for returns.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Items purchased online can be exchanged for other products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging and tag.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless specifically mentioned. Items can be exchanged once and the exchange is final.
If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on another item.
Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference.
We reserve the right to reject item/s that do not fulfil the conditions above.

Yes, items purchased with store credit are eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet the conditions for return or exchange. Please note that sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless specifically stated.
HOW DO I RETURN THE PARCEL?
Kindly drop us an email at email@example.com to let us know your Order ID and the item/s you are returning. We will proceed to assist you once we receive your return parcel.
You will receive an email from us once we have received the parcel. We will then process the return and disburse the store credit into your account within 5 business days.
